The project involves that demolishing the existing one-storey building which has asbestos and build a two-storey building. The drainage is a major difficulty in this project because the asbestos stormwater pipes have been exposed at either end of the existing building and shoring is required to reach 3 m depth SSMH.

There are 39 units to be internal refurbished in Glen Eden. Existing internal partition walls need to be demolished and reframed. Kitchen, bathroom, floor covering need to be removed and reinstalled.
The project is very similar to the Westview Retirement Village project. There are 30 units to be internally refurbished and the exteriror walls need to be re-painted.
To construct 2 number of high standard 3-storey masonry waterfront houses in Milford.
Including : Demolishing existing building, excavation, dewatering, sheet piling retaining & 50 No. of 6 m deep concrete piles. Concrete block wall & concrete rib beam slab structure ( 3 storeys), Eterpan cladding over block & plastering system. Drainage connects to public line including Inundation pumping system.
