Great Kauri Construction Ltd has successfully completed a number of projects up to $5 million in total from 2006.

Great Kauri Construction employs experienced construction and project management staff to enable the Company to fulfil its obligations as per its Mission Statement.
To deliver a product on time and within budget to the highest degree of technical excellence and at all times recognizing the importance of our relationship with the client, the engineer and other stakeholders.We are familiar with the NZ construction bylaws, building code, standards and other local regulations related to this contract. All Great Kauri Construction Ltd’s senior managers have full range of building & property renovation knowledge & experience.
We have the experience to renovate the projects for House New Zealand Cooperation, Government Education system like schools & university, major commercial building renovation such as Sky City Casino, community buildings and private properties.
We have the ability to manage and supervise the big project like this retirement village renovation.
